I received my Medical Assistant Certification March 2018 from Virginia College. While at Virginia College, I received my CPR Certification as well. I completed my internship at Capitol Spine & Rehabilitation, and shortly afterwards I was hired full-time as a Medical Assistant/Chiropractic Assistant.
After a year of being employed I was sent for training and became a Certified Radiological Technologist. I am Cuban-American and I grew up in a bilingual household. I am fluent in Spanish and English and love translating for the our Hispanic patients that are unable to speak English. The thing I love the most about working at Capitol Spine & Rehabilitation is seeing our patients improving with motion and doing things they were not able to do before they sought treatment with us. I genuinely care about our patients and love motivating them to never loose hope of feeling better because they are in excellent hands at Capitol Spine & Rehabilitation.
